How Can I Return a Product?

All electrical parts have no warranty, no exchange and no return. Unopened/used parts can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase*

New Motorcycle Buying or Booking

What is the price of the motorcycle?

All updated prices are mentioned on website.

Booking price mentioned on website is final amount?

It is important to note that the booking price is not final and may be adjusted in the event of fluctuations in the dollar rate, customs charges, or any other miscellaneous government taxes. The importer reserves the right to levy an additional amount, if necessary, before the motorcycle is delivered. The buyer is responsible for settling this extra amount.

What is the payment schedule for booking the motorcycle?

To reserve a new Benelli motorcycle, it is required to make an advance payment of half the booking amount. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.

Is there a warranty included with the purchase?

Yes engine warranty only. This warranty means that your motorcycle’s engine is covered for any mechanical issues that may arise within the first two years of ownership or up to 20,000 kilometers of use, whichever comes first. If there is a problem with the engine during this time, the importer will diagnose the issue and fix it at no cost to you, under the terms of the warranty. You will need to contact the importer to make a warranty claim and have the issue resolved. It’s important to keep track of your mileage to ensure you are still within the warranty coverage period.

Are there any financing options available?

No we do not offer any installment plans. We recommend reaching out to a finance company or bank directly for more information on installment options that may be available to you.

How long is the waiting period for delivery after booking?

1-3 Months* Please note that due to potential delays during shipment and customs clearance procedures, we cannot provide an exact date for the delivery. Therefore, the expected delivery date is not mentioned on the PBO.

Is there a test ride available before making a decision?
